The Retreat Center offers trails through the woods to the mountain-top cross, outdoor stations of the cross, 102' x 87' labyrinth, mysteries of the rosary, and a lovely Marian Grotto for meditation. There are also trails for walking, hiking, and jogging, and the large lawns and gardens create ample space for quiet reflection. The Retreat Center provides overnight accommodations for 100 people. The Prayer Center seats 200 and has a large gathering space. With home-cooked meals, the dining area seats 200. Conference rooms (5), a library, and a bookstore are also available.  FROM THE WEST: From I-80, take Exit 19, Clearfield, then Rt. 879 East towards Kartaus. Travel 15 miles to Frenchville.
FROM THE EAST: From I-80, take Exit 20, Woodland, then Rt. 970 North, past Power Plant and large bridge. Take Rt. 870 East, 10 miles to Frenchville. FROM THE SOUTHEAST: Route 322 West to Philipsburg. Go around sharp curve, turn right onto 9th Street. Follow 9th to stop sign, take Rt. 53 North and travel 4 miles. At Pacific Pride Gas Station/Convenience Center, turn left onto Deer Creek Rd. Go 12 miles to the T, turn right onto Rt. 879 in Frenchville. Arriving in Frenchville from any direction: Go 1/4 mile past Barger's Store, turn right onto VFW Rd. (our sign is there) Go 1.5 miles to the T, turn right. Bethany Retreat Center is on the right.
